Scope Of Work
The two phase project included construction of a team building with locker rooms, restrooms, meeting rooms, coaches’ office, locker area, elevator to second floor and a field viewing deck. Phase 2 included demolition of the existing grandstands and construction of a 2,200 seat stadium with a rear loaded concourse, partial roof, press box, luxury boxes, home and visitor’s dugouts, ticketing, concessions and public restrooms. Site development included grading, paving, drainage, fencing, utilities, lighting, and signage.
