Scope Of Work

AP completed the construction of Minnesota Masonic’s 50,000 sf Heritage Center in Bloomington. With the idea in mind to serve as a working tribute to the concepts  contributions of Freemasonry, the new Heritage Center provides an intimate  elegant destination for events, performances  scholarly pursuits. The facility features a 425-seat state-of-the-art auditorium/community theater, a Masonic museum  library, an ornate Masonic lodge room, meeting spaces, boardroom  a dining space including a full catering kitchen. The building’s interior contains high-level finishes with detailed wood trim  millwork, natural stone  marble flooring, custom carpets, brass railings  decorative plaster columns, while the exterior is composed of brick masonry, architectural precast  a clay tile roof. AP seamlessly handled several challenges associated with the project. Throughout the entire job, the Minnesota Masonic campus remained open and active. AP tactfully tied the two buildings together with minimal disruption to the current campus’ facility, staff and residents. With a tight, historical-date deadline to achieve, AP successfully completed this project on time and within budget. The facility, is open to the public, provides a space for Masons and non-Masons the opportunity to learn more about the history of the organization and further understand the positive contributions they continue to make.
