Scope Of Work

Gilbane provided construction management agency services for renovations within the Admirals Cove Clubhouse in Jupiter, Florida. The scope of work consisted of exterior envelope and interior high-end finishes to the spa and salon within the active country club.

The new salon features state-of-the-art hair stations, manicure and pedicure areas, a color-bar, and make-up consultation areas. The salon also includes a retail boutique featuring hairstyling products, cosmetics and spa gifts. Additionally, a new barber shop offer’s a “man-cave” atmosphere where members can get haircuts, hot towel shaves, and catch-up on the latest sporting news.

The new spa features several quiet areas (separate for women and men), where members can enjoy hot and cold plunge pools, and take a steam or sauna. The treatment rooms are designed for quiet and relaxation, along with a new salt suite, equipped with heated massage loungers.
