Scope Of Work
Gilbane is providing construction management services for a new commercial office building for Fidelity Information Services, LLC (FIS) to consolidate three current locations into one full-service location accommodating 1,800 employees. The proposed structure will consist of a new, 12-story core and shell commercial office building with integral interior tenant fit-out of approximately 376,414 SF. Additionally, the project will include a separate new eight-level above-grade parking garage for approximately 1,624 spaces and 6,000 SF of retail space connected by a two-story connecting circulation space. The office building will feature a 13,000-square-foot employee café with terrace seating and a view of the St. Johns River and the garage will include ground floor retail spaces fronting the adjacent roadways.
This high-profile project site is located adjacent to Interstate-95 and the St. John’s River which runs through downtown Jacksonville and will include site improvements and landscaping with waterfront features along the riverbank. Other project highlights include the project’s goals on environmental sustainability through LEED Platinum and WELL Silver certifications, as well as tracking its carbon footprint.
