Scope Of Work
Coatimundi Middle School is a 43,000-square-foot, one-story middle school building in the Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District #35. The facility can accommodate up to 468 middle schoolers with 18 classrooms as well as a library, multipurpose room and gymnasium. An athletic field and outdoor basketball courts are also included on the 11-acre site.
