Jeff Williamson's Bio
Since his start in the industry, Jeff has worked as a Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, Regional Vice President, and Senior Vice President on a variety of major projects. Jeff first worked for Sundt from 1993 to 1996 and returned in 2011 after 15 years as a Regional Vice President for a large civil contractor in the Southwest. Currently, as President and Group Manager, Jeff leads Sundt’s Transportation Group.
Kevin Burnett's Bio
Kevin manages Sundt’s financial operations and investments, including accounting, tax, financial reporting, facilities, IT and risk management. Prior to taking on the role of CFO, he served as vice president and controller and senior vice president in charge of acquisitions and investments. Kevin previously worked as a senior audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP and vice president, corporate controller at Evans Withycombe Residential, Inc., a publicly-traded Real Estate Investment Trust.
Mike Hoover's Bio
In addition to being the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sundt Construction, Mike Hoover is also the Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.
Mike’s primary responsibilities include developing and executing the company’s strategic plan and serving as the main point of communication between the Board of Directors and corporate operations personnel.
Mike’s belief in giving back to his community and the construction industry is evidenced by his involvement in a wide range of organizations. In 2018 he served as President of The Beavers, a national heavy civil organization that promotes goodwill, friendliness and consideration within the heavy engineering construction industry. He is on the board of directors for The Road Information Program (TRIP). He is also a Board member of Greater Phoenix Leadership, an organization of leading CEOs aligning leadership and resources at the intersection of the business, education, philanthropy and public policy sectors to improve economic vitality and quality of life. He serves as a member on the Construction Industry Round Table, which is an association of chief executive officers of America’s leading design and construction companies working to be a leading force for positive change in the industry.
Prior to becoming Sundt’s President and CEO in October 2016, Mike served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer managing the company’s transportation, mining and industrial, concrete, building, safety and quality control groups. Under his leadership, the company expanded into new markets, including Irvine; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Fort Worth, Texas. In 2016, Sundt was named the nation’s safest construction company by the Associated General Contractors of America for the second time in a decade, an honor no other contractor can claim. Sundt is also known for giving back to the communities where its employee-owners live and work, through the Sundt Foundation. Mike has continued that tradition of generosity, leading the company to cross the $11 million mark in donations made to hundreds of nonprofit organizations across the country.
Mike began his construction career in 1978 not long after graduating high school. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson. He is proud to be among the few construction industry leaders who worked their way up from laborer to executive.

Nicole Calamaio's Bio
As Sundt’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Nicole is responsible for all of Sundt’s talent management functions, including talent acquisition, workforce development, human resources and total rewards. Nicole joined Sundt in 2014 and has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, 20 of which have been in the construction industry.
Nicole is a member of the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Board of Trustees and of the Construction Personnel Executives Group (CPEG) Executive Committee. Additionally, Nicole is the Chairperson of the ESOP/401(k) Advisory Committee and the Executive Director of the Sundt Foundation Board.
Rich Keil's Bio
Rich has a background of over 30 years in the heavy industrial sector and currently holds the title of President of Sundt’s Industrial Group. He joined Sundt in 2014, and under his management the group has seen tremendous growth, with increased revenue, improved safety performance, added market penetration and expanded service geography. Throughout this growth cycle, the group has maintained high scores for customer satisfaction.
Rich has deep experience in multiple industrial markets including power, renewables, forest industries, water, mining, technology, and other process areas such as gasification, gas-to-liquids and algae fuels. Throughout his professional tenure, he has worked extensively with all project delivery models including EPC, CMAR, and Design-Build. Originally from the Northeast, Rich has worked in various capacities for one of the largest industry providers prior to joining Sundt and has delivered projects throughout North America and other select international locations.
Ron Stuff's Bio
As Sundt’s chief legal officer, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary, Ron manages the company’s legal department and is responsible for all corporate legal matters pertaining to our operation. Ron is a member of the company’s Executive Management Team and on the Board of Directors.
Stuff began practicing law more than 25 years ago after working for several years as a civil engineer. He joined Sundt as General Counsel in 2014 after spending 13 years with an international engineering, procurement and construction company. Prior to that, he was a partner at Parker, Poe, Adams and Bernstein in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In 2017 Ron was named the 2017 Arizona Corporate Counsel of the Year in the Large Private Company Category. In 2020, he was elected a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers.
Stefanie Teller's Bio
As Sundt’s Vice President of Corporate Communications, Stefanie is responsible for marketing communications, brand management, executive communications, crisis communications, reputation management, employee communications and public relations. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications in the A/E/C industry.
Stefanie is President of the Board of Directors of the Sundt Foundation, the company’s charitable arm, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Tucson Children’s Museum. In 2019 she was named PR Professional of the Year by the Public Relations Society of America’s Southern Arizona Chapter and in 2020 she was selected as a finalist for a Women of Influence Award. Under Stefanie’s leadership, Sundt’s communications team earned the company’s Support Group Project of the Year Award in 2018 for its year-long corporate rebranding effort. Other professional affiliations include Women at the Top, Tucson Chapter, and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Southern Arizona Chapter.
Stefanie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson in 1996. An Arizona native, Stefanie resides in Tucson with her husband, two sons and a growing number of family pets.
Teri Jones's Bio
Teri brings over 43 years of experience in the construction industry to her role as President of the Building Group, which has flourished under her direction. The Building Group is responsible for more than 40 projects this year across California, Arizona and Texas. Under her leadership, the company’s building revenue has grown by over 50 percent.
Over the course of her career, Teri has advanced through multiple positions including estimator, project manager, project executive, owner’s representative, inspector, district manager and CEO of her own construction company. She joined Sundt 21 years ago and is now the company’s highest-ranking female executive.
