St. Joseph’s Hospital – Catheterization Lab

Scope Of Work
This project was an expansion of the hospital’s existing catheterization labs. The project team renovated two offices and two patient rooms to create this four-bed lab. The expansion also included the following:
Demolition of walls and floor
Installed med gas and vacuum
Installed nurses call station
Plumbing demolition and reroute
Relocated doors and walls
Painted walls
Replace ceiling tiles
Duct work
Removed and replaced electrical wiring in walls and ceilings. The existing lights were also reworked, so that the acoustical grid would be removed.
Installed audio visual
Provided complete headwalls in each patient room
