Demolition of existing, and renovation of new, kitchen facilities within active Senior Housing complex for Dominican Hospital. Bogard Construction coordinated preconstruction and construction services, as well as aided in existing kitchen facilities to remain operational, while maintaining ADA accessible access to the 2nd floor dining commons from temporary kitchen facilities at ground level.
