Scope Of Work
The Ayer-Shirley project consists of the construction of a new two-story academic wing, as well as a single-story addition for 495 high school students. The existing two-story academic wings will be demolished. Total building size will be 144,072 sq ft. New construction is 51,680 sq ft and renovations total 92,392 sq ft.
Amanti’s scope includes full upgrade of the HVAC system.
