Our Story
ASAP opened its doors for business in the Tampa Bay Area January 18, 1986. With both partners having a background in the sign industry since 1983, the need for quality interior signage was seen and production began. Starting with just one engraving table and a vinyl plotter, Architectural Signage began with making interior room identification, and vinyl graphics for store fronts and vehicles.
In 1990 with the signing of the American Disabilities Act (ADA), Architectural Signage began production of ADA signage. Architectural Signage developed the Embossed Braille type of signage. Architectural Signage provides ADA and all other types of signage for both the retail and wholesale sides of the industry. We provide all types of ADA in both laser cut applied letters with raster braille and photopolymer.
Architectural Signage has continued its growth and now runs two laser engravers, two rotary engravers, vinyl plotter, custom molds for cast signs, large format printers, print and cut machines, and sandblasting; as well as full carpentry equipment, 12 x 24 paint booth, embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer, and silk screening facilities. Starting in a spare room in the house, Architectural Signage now inhabits 5000 square feet of shop and office space.
Architectural Signage & Printing has been listed in the Blue Book since 2000.
