Scope Of Work
We replaced a 30-40 year old door that was hit multiple times over the years. After the last fix at the end of last year, the customer decided to replace their door with a new Raynor Thermaseal TM175. This very heavy duty commercial door features an 1-3/4" thick sandwich steel section with polyurethane insulation for a 16.3 R-Value. The heavy duty construction features an 25ga exterior and 26ga interior steel. This door also features 24" x 12" insulated lites to let some much need light and visibility as well as high-cycle springs to provide years of reliable operation!
