Scope Of Work
Buchanan Place is a new neighborhood located behind Northern Estates opening in Fall 2015. This group of custom homes is situated well off Hwy.150, yet very close to desirable Northern Schools. Lots range in size from 1 to almost 2 acres. Five builders have been selected to build the homes in this new neighborhood and Kevin Jones Design-Build has several prime lots available. These custom homes will start in the low $400's and range to $600k.
