Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a complete renovation of the existing 20,000 sq.ft mixed use space. The upper floors and rear portion of ground floor were converted to market rate apartments, while retail storefronts remain existing for now. Our responsibilities included overall site coordination and self performing all architectural trades work including structural repairs, wood & metal framing, frames/doors/hardware, insulation, drywall, finish carpentry and all division 10 accessories.
