Scope Of Work
Rodan Builders selected Atlas / Pellizzari for a two phase project managed by Greystone West. Phase 1 included (27) portable classrooms at (3) school sites that were completed over a 10 week summer break that needed to be ready for the first day of school. This included demolishing buildings, which lead into construction of ground up Multi Use Buildings at each site. Each building was identical which helped the team increase productivity and meet the tight schedules. The structural framing limitations required nearly all the conduit infrastructure for all electrical systems to be installed under-slab, which required a highly detailed plan and execution.
