SC Builders selected Atlas / Pellizzari as their preferred electrical contractor to build out this 2 story 60,000SF facility located near the Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park. This was action pact from the beginning due to the level of detail, constant changes, and very aggressive schedule. This type of project requires a highly motivated and skilled workforce to stay committed and meet crucial deadlines. The project included a complete renovation of the existing building which included the industrial, modern yet retro style that has been common with all these recent build-outs. This project included a highly detailed lighting system with wireless controls, a first class kitchen, open office spaces, EV chargers, and many technological features that will make this a great space for it’s users to thrive for years to come.
