Scope Of Work

Teaming up with Vance Brown Builders, Atlas / Pellizzari Electric provided the electrical work for Peninsula Golf and Country Club’s brand new 2-story clubhouse in San Mateo, CA. This was a challenging design / build project, requiring a combination of ground up construction and partial renovation. Atlas / Pellizzari worked with the private club to keep many of the historical architectural features of the 100 plus year old building alive. This was successfully done while upgrading technology and adding many decorative finishes.

Build-out of the space included a full commercial grade kitchen, several dining / bar areas, a new exercise facility, locker rooms, spas, and a brand new pool area to ensure all members have a first class experience.  The project totaled roughly 45,000 square feet of build out space, featuring high-end custom chandeliers and decorative lighting integrated into the Wattstopper lighting control system.  The lighting system also included a Meyers emergency inverter, used to provide emergency lighting in the event of a power outage.

Due to the design features and continual changes to perfect every detail, this project proved to be a labor intensive and rewarding challenge. In the end, the team came together to deliver the project at a very high level and within the original schedule requirements. This will be a first class club house for members to enjoy for a very long time.
