Heather Bolton's Bio
Office manager Heather is Atlas / Pellizzari’s Jill of all trades, handling payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, union issues and labor compliance. She started at the company in 2006 as a receptionist and administrative assistant, after working for several tech companies. Heather says that what she likes best about her job is “the guys I get to work with each day. Every day here is fun, even on our busy days.”
When not running the Atlas / Pellizzari office, Heather likes attending sports events and concerts, traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
Ruben Petersen's Bio
Ruben is a recent CSU Long Beach graduate with a double major, B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Bio-Medical Engineering. He decided he wanted to join the electrical industry and is quickly being brought up to speed with estimating and project management support. He is performing estimate take-offs, bid support, project filing, correspondence, and documentation, among other things. He is very excited about his career choice and will become a great asset to the future of the company.
While not working, Ruben enjoys staying active and following his favorite sports teams, including the Dodgers, Raiders, and Sacramento Kings.
Steven Pellizzari's Bio
Steven started working as a summer laborer for Pellizzari Electric in 1977 while still in high school. He graduated from CSU, Chico with B.S. degree in Construction Management in 1986 and began working full time. He quickly learned the family business and became an Estimator / Project Manager, bidding and managing many successful projects. Steven quickly established himself as a leader and became President in 1996. He has been pivotal in the steady growth and success year after year. Steve currently oversees daily operations and business development for the company. Steven is President of the San Mateo County, NECA Chapter and serves on other industry boards and committees.

Jeff Gormley's Bio
As a senior estimator and project manager, Jeff handles a wide range of responsibilities in a constantly evolving work environment. He provides detailed electrical budgets and estimates, works with field foremen, coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors, and interacts with owners, general contractors, and building officials.
Jeff joined Atlas / Pellizzari in 1986 after completing a construction management degree at California State University, Chico, taking an entry-level estimating job. More than 30 years later, he still enjoys working every day with the Atlas / Pellizzari team. “They’re all long-term employees and friends,” he says. Married with two boys, Jeff spends his spare time watching high school soccer and baseball games, hunting and fishing, touring Napa Valley, traveling, and playing golf.

Jeff Terry's Bio
On projects ranging from office LED upgrades, to tenant improvements in labs and hazardous areas, Jeff makes sure that Atlas / Pellizzari delivers a completed work product on time, to code and without issues. He joined the company in 2011 after graduating from the construction program at Fresno State University, accepting Atlas / Pellizzari’s offer for a full-time position after completing a six-month internship on a solar farm in Fresno County.
Jeff says, “Working for A/P gives me unique knowledge and skills I’ll be able to carry with me throughout my life. Plus, the people here create a positive and fun work environment; they are my family away from home.” Away from the job site, he enjoys hunting, and exploring the Bay Area’s many scenic roads by motorcycle and car.
Jordan Sink's Bio
Jordan started as a summer intern in 2003 and was hired on full time in 2005 after graduating from Chico State with a B.S. in Construction Management. He quickly worked up to Estimator/Project Manager where he tackles all types of projects and sizes.
His main focus is educational and technology/corporate markets in both public and private sector. Jordan really enjoys many aspects of the business, especially the excitement that comes with competitive bidding on bid day. These calculated, yet quick decisions can be crucial to the success of the business.
While not working, Jordan spends most of his time hanging out with his family and two young children. He enjoys weekend warrior projects around the house, Bay Area sports, golfing, and cruising around in his muscle car.
Michael Cowan's Bio
Michael is the newest member of our team after leaving a local electrical supply house, which taught him many aspects of the electrical industry from the distribution side. He has quickly picked up and made significant improvements to our purchasing department and is a great asset that our entire team can count on. Michael manages the shop warehouse including equipment, tools, vehicle fleet, and oversees all material ordering and deliveries.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys riding his motorcycles and camping in many scenic areas Northern California has to offer.

Jim Weishaar's Bio
While Jim’s official title is Controller, he also serves as Atlas / Pellizzari’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer and legal liaison. He takes final responsibility for all accounting, banking, payroll, accounts payable and the receivables function. He also manages insurance, bonding, banking and legal relationships, and drives the company’s technology initiatives. In addition, Jim serves on numerous industry boards and committees.
Jim started with Atlas / Pellizzari in in 1988 after graduating from California State University, Chico, joining his friend and former roommate, Steve Pellizzari, at the company. Jim enjoys the autonomy his job offers, and taking on new initiatives to benefit the company and its customers. Outside of the office, he enjoys golf, cycling and fly fishing, and spending time with his adult children.
