Scope Of Work

The Kettering-based nonprofit, which is the largest tissue bank in the United States and one of the largest providers of skin grafts in the world.

PHASE I

 An 80,000-square-foot facility that sits on a lot that is roughly 15.9 acres. Community Tissue Services relocated its processing, distribution and R&D operations to the Center for Tissue, Innovation and Research at the Miami Valley Research Park in early 2011.

PHASE II

Broke ground on the 132,000-square-foot facility in the Miami Valley Research Park on September 25, 2018, With completion in 2020. The new building will be an expansion of the existing Center for Tissue, Innovation and Research facility. The future facility will more than double the CTS footprint and will house 16 "clean rooms" for donor tissue processing. The new facility wil also allow for additional processing capabilities, marketing, distribution and supply chain management services.
