Scope Of Work

By creating new public spaces from underutilized streets and lots and restoring vacant buildings the neighborhood is transformed. The warehouse district maintains its character while becoming something new: an entertainment-focused area that enhances the usefulness of the stadium district beyond game times. The building restorations kept the character of the buildings intact while creating mixed uses that support the neighborhood, from restaurants and bars to offices, banquet facilities, and rooftop terraces. Reuse of salvaged materials from the buildings displays the care that went into this project.
