Scope Of Work

Formally known as the Kettering Tower, Stratachache Tower is the tallest building in the city of Dayton. It has 30 floors and is 124 meters or 405 feet tal. The Stratacache Tower, situated in downtown Dayton, is the city's tallest building and the focal point of Dayton's skyline. It was a culmination of the vision of Eugene W. Kettering, the son of Charles Kettering, prolific inventor and founder of Delco Electronics Corp. Eugene Kettering envisioned the construction of a first-class office tower that would become the catalyst to the entrepreneurial growth and development of downtown Dayton.
