Scope Of Work
Design-build construction of a two-story, 55,000 SF headquarters for the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade that features multiple SCIF areas and state-of-the-art data/communications systems including NIPRnet, SIPRnet, NSAnet and JWICS.
Design/build construction of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) Group Operations facility consisting of a two-story, 55,000 square foot building including administrative offices, conference rooms, network operations center, classrooms, enlarged arms room vault, secure storage, and group operations center. The new Silver-rated home supports four Battalions consisting of several departmental designations, including personnel, intelligence, operations, logistics, future plans, information, and force modernization. Special construction included Antiterrorism Force Protection (AT/FP), as well as Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF), and provided ADA access for persons with disabilities.
