Scope Of Work

This 315,000-square-foot expansion of a 2-story outpatient facility, also designed by AES in the early 2000s, included two 7-story patient towers housing more than 230 rooms, an imaging wing, and expanded surgical facilities. The structural system consists of steel-framed floors supporting light-weight concrete slabs on metal decking, built on a foundation of auger-cast piles with cast-in-place concrete pile caps and grade beams.
