Scope Of Work
Formerly the South Hills High School, this renovation and adaptive reuse project created 106 senior housing apartments, a YMCA neighborhood fitness center, and an early childhood development center. Additional amenities include a library, an exercise center, community dining and multipurpose rooms, a private dining room, a cantina, and a hair salon. The project received a LEED Gold certification.
