Scope Of Work
This project is a new subdivision located in Loganville, Georgia. Magnum Contracting was contracted to clear 57 acres, move 300,000 cubic yards of onsite materials, blast 30,000 cubic yards of mass rock, and install 33,472 linear feet of storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water mains. It also required an existing lake and dam to be remediated for county approval.
