Scope Of Work

The majority of the project took place after regular office hours during the work week, which required the teams to adhere to precise planning and timelines for re-carpeting and repainting in order to avoid delays. For the activities that took place during the day, Abstract Construction had to ensure that all subcontractors worked around the occupied space as efficiently and quietly as possible, with minimal disruption to daily operations.
Abstract Construction’s Role
The client wanted a traditional office design with a natural, earth tone-inspired color palate, and Abstract Construction was engaged to achieve this vision. Abstract Construction managed, collaborated, and supervised the project from start to finish. The team was responsible for overseeing the installation of new carpet and paint, as well as supervising and managing subcontractors for the remodeling of all boardrooms, eight break rooms, six coffee bars, eight restrooms, four elevator lobbies, two office suites, and one new training room.

This expansive renovation project for Concentra was completed on time and below budget. Concentra’s office has been successfully up-dated to reflect a fresh, modern atmosphere within a traditional office setting, and all stakeholders are happy with the results.
