Scope Of Work
AdventHealth selected Robins & Morton as the general contractor to provide preconstruction and construction services for the new AdventHealth Tampa Taneja Center for Innovative Surgery. Located at 3100 E. Fletcher Avenue, the 314,000-square-foot facility will consist of a six-story surgical and patient tower, housing approximately 100 private patient rooms; a 24-bed critical care unit; a 24-room surgical suite; and a new main entrance to the hospital with a two-story atrium, a lobby, a patient registration area and other support spaces with shell space to expand capacity in the future. The Taneja Center for Innovative Surgery is scheduled for completion in fall 2021.
