The Miller Creek Apartments project involved the new construction of a 330-unit apartment community in Memphis, Tennessee. The $24 million project was developed by Birmingham-based Miller Creek Residences, LLC and features 18 buildings on 20 acres as part of the Forest Hill Heights Planned Development.
