Scope Of Work
Broaddus Construction served as the construction manager for a new 3-story, 16,800-SF building on the campus of Dallas Baptist University. The design of the facility is based on Harvard Hall in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and is consistent with DBU’s campus-wide Classical Georgian architectural vision. The service learning center centralizes student learning and community engagement by housing the Department of Online Education, the College of Professional Studies, the Dr. William B. Dean Service-Learning Program, Career Services Office and the Office of Student Life.
