Scope Of Work
FPI Builders served as Construction Manager on this three story precast parking structure. Initial design was a single elevated deck structure, with the foundation designed for two additional decks. FPI was able to work with Lowe Precast and obtain an economical parking space unit price to help the owner elect to add the second deck.
