Scope Of Work
FPI Builders served as General Contractor on this 36,000 square foot church addition that added a new sanctuary, narthex, kitchen, fellowship hall and preschool renovations.
This project was competitively bid and came in over budget. Through value engineering FPI was able to reduce the budget by $250,000 and completed the project on schedule in December of 2003 in time for the Christmas Eve Nativity Celebration.
