Scope Of Work
This is the third project Raymond Construction has done for Weir’s Furniture and includes the following scope of work.
Remodel/retrofit
Conversion of 416,070sf warehouse/office space into new Distribution Center and Corporate Offices
A 15,000 SF clearance center with new customer pick-up
Remodel of exterior elevations with new 45’ clock tower (Weir’s signature)
New storefront elevations for Clearance Center
New in-rack sprinkler system for Distribution Facilities
Remodel of office areas with new millwork in break rooms
Installation of climate controlled computer server room for corporate network infrastructure
