Scope Of Work
St. Francis wanted a durable yet beautiful setting for their 65,000 SF freestanding outpatient comprehensive cancer treatment center. Services include Radiation, Oncology, Medical Oncology and Infusion. There is also a boutique, pharmacy, café, classroom space, a research department, library and chapel.
With hundreds of employees, patients and caregivers expected in the center each day, St. Francis knew the floors, fabrics and countertops must withstand heavy use. In addition to planning for wear and tear, St. Francis was determined to create an inspiring and soothing atmosphere.
