Scope Of Work

ARI Products and Tate Access Floors Signature Finishes brought life to the CBS Media Distribution Center (MDC) project.  By designing the space with all pre finished raised access flooring the team was able to provide many beautiful and unique areas while keeping the space modular and accessible to allow for massive amounts of cabling and under floor air distribution.

CBS MDC is a mix of different laminated and modular finishes. We provided our conductive laminated raised access floor panels in the Data Center that houses the server racks. In the Media Broadcast Center we provided PosiTile carpet that indexes to our raised access floor panels: carpet finish with instant accessibility.

Between the Broadcast Centers is the corridor which was crafted in a checker board pattern mixing three different laminated Forbo Marmoleum raised access floor panels throughout the entire corridor and a single color laminated Forbo Marmoleum tile on the ramps.

To accent the project ARI Products supplied custom fascia, rails, in floor electrical boxes, and grilles. CBS Media Distribution Center, functional finishes.
