Scope Of Work
This new, 25-acre school development includes soccer and baseball fields, basketball courts, a playground area, and 146 parking spaces. The building structure is comprised of concrete block,structural steel, and precast hollowcore planks with a 3,952 SF FEMA storm shelter. Custom metal panels and curtain wall systems encompass the exterior envelope. There are 32 classrooms plus a computer lab, art room, and music room. There is also a full service kitchen, multi-purpose/commons room and a 5,342 SF gymnasium.
