Loveless Commercial Contracting, Inc. is a licensed general contractor in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. We were founded in 1986 and offer design/build and traditional construction contracting. Our experienced team of professionals works with every phase of building, from preliminary design through final completion.

At present we employ over 60 qualified craftsmen and do our own foundations, slabs, structural concrete, steel, pre-engineered steel, masonry, light gauge metal studs, drywall and finishes. We are also capable of medium range site packages with our own forces and equipment. We are the only local contractor with a Somero Laserscreed and material topping spreader with in-house capabilities to do super flat floors. Our annual volume over the last five years has been in excess of $15 million dollars for each year. We are bondable to an approximate aggregate amount of over $50 million, enjoy a Dun & Bradstreet rating of 3A1, and have a worker’s compensation experience modifier in the 70’s.
