Charles Medrano has nineteen years experience in . Charles completed his undergraduate degree at Duke University, where he majored in economics, focusing on finance as well as business . Charles obtained his certification as a general contractor in 1992. Charles is also a LEED AP.
In 1996 Charles became Oak’s Chief Project Manager. In this capacity, Charles’ responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, quality control and client relations. Charles is the primary client contact for the Company’s projects. Because his business background, Charles understands the importance a job well done, on time, the first time. Charles remains personally involved in all the company’s ongoing projects. He is readily accessible to all clients, and ensures that they receive the personal attention necessary to achieve their goals. As Chief Executive Officer, Charles helps the client to trouble shoot, avoiding potential problems before they occur. To the extent that problems arise, Charles works to solve them quickly, effectively and to the full satisfaction of the client.
Married for twelve years, Charles and his wife Melissa have three children. Like the other leaders of Oak , Charles is a supporter Sheridan House. In 2002 Charles was inducted as a Blue Jacket member in appreciation his strong support for the organization. Charles is also a board member the Entrepreneur’s Organization. Additionally, Charles is an active community volunteer. He coaches two league youth soccer teams each year. Charles has served as a member his neighborhood association board for several years, and he and his wife actively support Charles’ alma mater and the current school his three children, Pine Crest School Fort Lauderdale. In his free time, Charles also enjoys boating, fishing and diving.
