Scope Of Work
Bernards was honored to provide Construction Management for the rehabilitation of the 100-year-old Atascadero City Hall, a National and California Historic Landmark that sustained significant damage from the 6.5 magnitude San Simeon earthquake in 2003. Reconstruction of the five-level structure proceeded under FEMA guidelines with Bernards assisting the City in managing on-going communication with FEMA and Cal EMA.
