Scope Of Work
This one-of-a-kind community gathering place combines a dramatic mix of luxury residential units, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The five-structure complex includes retail/commercial space featuring shops, restaurants, and a 3,500-seat cinema. Stylish residential units integrate seamlessly within the project’s commercial core through the development of a new street and over 3,000 above and below-grade parking stalls. At its heart, the project features an open-air, two-acre community park with spectacular landscapes, fountains, a full-scale trolley, and meandering walkways.
