The six-story, 800,000 SF project includes 480 residential units atop 44,000 SF of retail space and two and one-half levels of subterranean parking with 997 spaces. The development encompasses five levels of residential units atop a single level of retail space, all covering one full city block. Amenities include two pools, fitness facilities, lounges, clubrooms and sundecks. Themed facades cover street-facing walls which include frontage on busy La Brea Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard.
