Scope Of Work
This library is a new two-story, structural steel frame building totaling 82,000 square feet, with cast-in-place concrete foundation, and an associated 51,000 St., 120 stall underground parking structure with 114 stalls at-grade. The scope of work included mechanical book handling equipment, raised floor system, under floor HVAC system, functional fireplaces, a café with food service and various site improvements. Mature trees were moved and relocated. Facilities consist of shoring systems, dewatering system, and temporary irrigation system for the relocated trees.
