Scope Of Work
This project consists of construction of a new charter school on existing non-educational site. Demolition of existing site structures and overexcavation per geotechnical and regrading, for new K-8 campus. Construction of 20K SF underground parking, 13K SF administration buildings, 10,500 SF MPR/GYM, and 30,500 SF of two story classroom buildings. The project also consists of methane mitigation systems, new landscaping, storm drainage, utilities and sitework.
