Increments I & 2 Structural upgrade for 2 Elementary Schools, consisting of newly designed structural buildings, tenant improvements, and a new multi-purpose facility within a 110,000 sq. ft. former retail shopping center. Pinner Construction Company, Inc. was the general contractor on Increment 1 & Construction Manager on Increment 2.
