Scope Of Work
Maplewood consisted of a complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of 79 units.
Interior rehabilitation included new cabinets, fixtures, lighting, and flooring.
The exterior included painting, siding replacement, refinishing of the pool, and a complete redesign of existing community space to include a new computer center and after school space for kids.
