Scope Of Work
The Vista Grande 46 unit apartment rehabilitation included full interior unit replacements of cabinets with new half wall, flooring, painting, abatement of mold, tubs, toilets, and fixtures. Complete interior redesign of the existing Leasing office to include 2 managers units and a new laundry facility as well as community space.
