Scope Of Work
Waldorf consisted of a complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of 51 units.
Interior rehabilitation included new cabinets allowing for a full size refrigerator, fixtures, lighting, and flooring. The exterior included painting, new siding, and new solar carports.
