Scope Of Work
This project, located in heart of the Port of Long Beach, is a two-story state of the art maintenance facility consisting of vehicular and equipment maintenance and storage, offices, and meeting rooms, as well as two one-story canopies for exterior storage and vehicle wash/fuel stations are also included. The project contained an extensive amount of site improvements as the facilities sat on approximately 22 acres. The Port's existing maintenance facility was located in the footprint of the new Gerald Desmond Bridge which is an essential route to and within the Port. With the bridge project close to ground breaking, the focus on moving the existing maintenance personnel out of the old building and into the new was a top priority.
