Scope Of Work
The Columbia Square project included new construction and renovation of the historic CBS building. The restoration of several architectural features including stairs, entries, main lobby, elevators and windows returned the structure to its former glory. The media village includes two 6-story office buildings totaling 346,000 SF, a 10,000 SF 2-story bungalow, and a substructure to the podium deck for a 22-story residential tower. A new 5-level parking structure forms the base for the project.
Columbia Square is certified LEED Gold.
