Scope Of Work
Over the course of ten years, First Republic Bank worked with Herrero to build 13 retail branches throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area. Our work together supported First Republic's significant growth trajectory in the Bay Area. Herrero partnered with thriving bank to open retail banking centers in the spirit of First Republic's Core Value to "Provide Extraordinary Service." Locations built and renovated by Herrero are located in San Francisco (Embarcadero One, Montgomery Street, California Street, Van Ness Avenue, Stockton Street, Pine Street, Presidio and Irving Street) and the greater Bay Area (San Rafael, Burlingame, San Mateo, Menlo Park and Redwood City).
