Scope Of Work
Construction of a new Elementary School Building and site to replace the existing occupied school facility. Includes phasing 0t abatement. demolition, site, solar system, and new improvements in Order to construct the new school and transition from the old facility to complete the project. This will be the first project embarked upon under Measure R.
Increment I consisted of the removal of (E) buildings D. H (Portable), woodbridge, restroom, panel structure, cov- ered walkways, utilities, paving. landscape, and related site work. Construction of emergency vehicle access, utilities, landscape, fencing, gates and related site work. Provide grading and related sitework in preparation for classroom and multi-purpose buildings under increment 2.
Increment 2 consisted of construction of a new I story classroom building multi-purpose building, a single story rest-room buidling, trash enclosure, parking lot, play area including play structures and Other related site work, removal Of (E) campus buildings A, B, E, G, H, K and storage, and construction of 2 shade structures.
