Correspondingly, replacement of I and 2 story glass curtain wall systens with cement plaster exterior and gypsum hoard interior finished, steel stud walls with dual glazed, and insulated aluminum Bindm\' systems. The partial modernization of site includes selective demolition and new con- Crete flatwork to pryuide increased accessibility.
